Ok go with the diplomacy thing that everyone's been mentioning but instead of how many kills, deaths, planet steals, and bases dropped lets go with a more popular idea! First legion to have 30 players use a Halc or Calming Amp Loses. As soon as the War pact is accepted a special code makes all ships lose their halcs and camp effects for the war. What you think? |
