Post subject:  Ability to submit our own Legion Logos
Allegedly Dan has time to manually change legion names at every request. Therefore, would he have time to vet every custom logo submission we submit?

If we have the option to design our own logos, and upload them to a vetting queue, we could stand out by sidestepping having to go through many pre-made logo designs, choosing colors, and possibly looking like or close to another legion's.

EVE Online already had a custom logo submission feature. Why don't we? - Asheron

I'm starting to wonder if you come up with these "ideas" just to piss people off.

How about instead of recommending menial shite, we actually recommend something that would BENEFIT everyone. New race, new missions. Not OMG, I CAN DRAW DICKBUTT AS MY LEGION LOGO LOLOLOLOL.

Dan already has enough time to rename legions upon requests, at least according to Darth Flag and others. Surely then, he'd have the time to vet new legion logo submissions.

Besides, his team of moderators / co-devs / etc. could do it for him if he was really needing to make better things. - Asheron

the mods dont even do anything. if Dan has time to work on a silly idea like this then he should use that time to do something like idk War Mode? Outposts? this is not something that he should waste his time that he could be spending on something we actually want. its bad enough he's giving us these crappy missions, last thing we need is for him to start working on another crappy idea.

one every time you make suggestion don't say Eve online or some other game already has this why don't we? This is galaxy legion not EVE online or some other game!!! so stopping saying why don't we have this in here if this other game has it. also the idea is a bit bad, would rather have something good like outposts, galaxy systems, or war mode come out instead.

You really think people won't submit pictures of dicks as their legion logo? You really think that the mods actually DO anything? They're dead to the forum. There are none. It's only Dan at this point and what has he done that's worthwhile lately? The last thing we need is for him to have to spend more time removing immature things that players submit instead of creating content that matters.
