if the player has been kicked from the game for cheating or the planet is unoccupied why can't we colonize them?

It was paid for by someone, its still theirs regardless of their actions

When I quit this game for whatever reason, noone gets my paid for Dyson or Exotic

Also have to avoid the abuse side of it.

Wouldn't be hard to make a few alts and buy dysons through them then have those accounts reset.

Their used to be away around this but it got fixed. Not saying beause i don't want anyone trying and comlaining.

I know this has been proposed before- but why not just remove invincibility after a year of inactivity?
