if the player has been kicked from the game for cheating or the planet is unoccupied why can't we colonize them? |

It was paid for by someone, its still theirs regardless of their actions Permanent -1, as always when this comes up When I quit this game for whatever reason, noone gets my paid for Dyson or Exotic Im sorry, but no. |

Also have to avoid the abuse side of it. Wouldn't be hard to make a few alts and buy dysons through them then have those accounts reset. |

Their used to be away around this but it got fixed. Not saying beause i don't want anyone trying and comlaining. |

I know this has been proposed before- but why not just remove invincibility after a year of inactivity? |
