Post subject:  Medal : Elites and Marauder Abillities

The Black Hat : Passive Skill
+5% hacking capability

The Elite : Ability
- Electronic Blitz : Critically hack a planet from enemy database - long cool down ( usable only if the enemy has performed an offensive action to you )

The Pirate : Passive Skill
+5% Raid capability

The Marauder : Ability
- Logic Bomb : Breaks a Reactor, Cannon or Defense Module. Victim must repair. Medium cooldown ( usable only if the enemy has performed an offensive action to you )

Some are OP, some are pointless, but I'd like more than a title when accomplishing those medals.. Can anyone think of something better?

% bonus are ok but the others are bad ideas! also lower the % to no more then 3%

I agree, the non-percentage ones are utterly OP.

+1 to the Black Hat and Pirate abilities. The Elite ability sounds OP...but unless someone freezes at a very low rank, isn't it pretty hard to nab a decent planet from a really high-ranked player's when that player probably has tons of crappy unwanted planets? The Marauder's ability is...meh. I thought saboteurs are more likely to have such an ability. What if the Marauder and Elite shared an ability that gives them a small chance to reset their raid/hack timers after a successful raid/hack (Marauder needs to do a successful raid, while Elite does a successful hack, and it depends on which title you have active).
