REWORK the base combat rewards... most people will know what i am talking about


rewards from even level 7 bases are crap (there are some that are good)
BUT there are always just a few people that actually take down a base , the rest just taps and that's it
and those who actually try to take it down always get crappy rewards (triphase,etc)
and those who tap get the good stuff , crystals etc

Why cant dan just make a minor change to the crates..
lets make it easy for him , the code is pretty much already there
"base crate level 5 mark 2 , mark 1..." that idea..
The % of the chance to raid also used on the type of crate you would get that has (small) chances of getting a more rare artifact


level 5 now
60% common (artifact) = tri-phase upgrade
30% uncommon (artifact) = Adumbrate Station
10% rare (artifact) = enumeration crystal,continuum parser

----------

Lets say someone with a 40% raid chance would get a mark 2 crate (shut it about the name, just making it easy to understand) , Which looks like this

50% common (artifact) = tri-phase upgrade
35% uncommon (artifact) = Adumbrate Station
15% rare (artifact) = enumeration crystal,continuum parser

----------

60%chance

40%% common (artifact) = tri-phase upgrade
40% uncommon (artifact) = Adumbrate Station
20% rare (artifact) = enumeration crystal,continuum parser

----------

80% chance
35% common (artifact) = tri-phase upgrade
40% uncommon (artifact) = Adumbrate Station
25% rare (artifact) = enumeration crystal,continuum parser

----------

90%+ chance

33% common (artifact) = tri-phase upgrade
33% uncommon (artifact) = Adumbrate Station
33% rare (artifact) = enumeration crystal,continuum parser




At least make it somehow more apealing to "waste" energy on a base.
Yeah WASTE (right now)


Ofcourse lower ranks wont profit from this but they also wont have any negative effects

+1, even for the level 6s which we kill, I'd appreciate better stuff. From that standpoint, a lot of people who hit even 6s are affected by this.

I always thought that it was unfair that the guys that did the most damage had the same chance as the others that did a few hundred even though they had a lower chance of success.
I've done over a million damage before and didn't get a crystal. I thought that we should have a higher chance to get the rarest drops the more damage we do.
It makes perfect sense to me ..

I'll go a step further and say that the success rate should be extended because of the percentage changes. Besides that there are some guys that put a lot of energy to kill a base and fail to raid it even in the 80's and 90 percentages.
Plus it's a good idea that the lower ranks that can't do that much damage get something.

I think the percentages you laid out look pretty good.

I'd like to see something like this implemented ... ;)

Serious, in what 40 bases 90 to 100% mostly level 6 some level 7 and i ignore level 5's mostly; 1 crystal

some bases take upward of 40 000 energy

reward is a JOKE!!

Why cant we get a new reward, its about that time call it a new badge that gives you a token to convert crappy rewards into good ones and use up some artis along the way.

lots of games have a crafting sub game if you like and i think crafting badge would add allot of entertainment value and a way to get rid of some frustrations there is already the CT lab that allows for crafting but a badge system that allows you to choose any artifact and craft a higher one. especially base rewards.

I'll go with that or buying what you want with silver badges if you keep getting bad drops or no drops at all.

I would like to see it. I don't want the little guys to have an even lower % then they do now. But most of u kill bases for crates. then clamp the base when silvers for me its mostly the crate and hurting ppl i dont like ... But if we increase the drop rates i think it wil help urge people to fight harder and stronger.

Like i said, people that help take the base down would get higher chances for something "nice" from a crate but it wouldnt affect the tappers or low ranks at all

We need more "stuff". For what bases take from the resources of the legion we really do need more variety of drops. SOMETHING to keep the interest there. The random thing is not bad really lest you have 3-5 people in a BP with the biggest ships, denying others a shot at top rewards base after base. Lowers would never have a shot.

one person got like 10 crystals in the last 2 weeks now
and ofcourse the 100th time a 100% raid on a 6 and only crap

Another way around this would to have a 4 hour timer on the raid base button, possibly only for 5's and higher.
Which would mean if your legion disabled the base in the first 4 hours you would get a double reward for all the effort put in.
Maybe make it so you can successfully raid base a maximum of twice (depending upon timer given).
I mean we have timers on everything else, why not base raids!

nice suggestion HALL, that would be atleast a little more incentive for those high rankers to unload 30K energy and rank up a few times. we get double and triple badges, why not double and triple base raids.. give each rank category a raid for their effort
IE.
lowest slot
6- 1 base raid
5-2 raids
4-3 raids
etc i dont think its overpowered considering the energy cost, and considering the crap drops people get 95% of the time.
