All I'm asking is Dan to consider this idea. Just want something to motivate me/PvPers not just for the top 10 leaderboard but for something that indicates that this player has worked hard to obtain that title.

It's funny. By reaching the top 10 in kills, you are rewarded by allowing your ship to be targeted by everyone in the game.....

Ikr? I hit #11 early on, and decided that was as far as I was going to go. No reason to go farther. Especially given that no other "top 50" list gets to have their ships targeted. PVP always gets the short end of the stick The cannons I suppose are a pretty sweet gig though.

if youve done enough killing to get on the leaderboard in the top 10, its just a given that you should be able to be targeted, those players are like the 'ARENA CHAMPS' and if you want to step into the ring, you had better be ready to throw down and beat down some wanna be champs and enemies.

nit picking here but Hacks and Raids are pvp, killing other players isn't the only form of pvp. i'm not huge on disabling ships myself but i agree there should be a medal for maybe 4000 kills

I think the cool thing is, since the buff has such a short timer, you would only be able to keep the stack high if you keep rolling through enemy players, making it more likely for people to buy energy refills mid-firefight, potentially. Which would be good for Dan. And would encourage continued pvp, which is really what all the badge mods are about as far as I can see.
