Costs 5 yellows Why? So you can zero people more efficiently. Kinda useless as you would have already had to have him/her disabled. And if they notice the thing used then they can just wait to repair until AFTER the mods are back on. So while it would be interesting I have to give it a -1

I would name this arti "The middle finger"... it would be useless except to tick someone off.

well they would get damaged... just like the tactical bypass damages your equipment.. just like my relays take a beating every other day.
