There is a mission set that gives you a temp flux which acts just like a normal flux except the planet has to have not been attacked for a week, check if anyone has scanned the planet with a flux probe if scanned use temp flux then crystal/irradiate/etc.

Just because low ranks don't take the time and money to buy a flux and protect their own planet doesn't mean the game should automatically do it for them. (And what do you mean by low ranks exactly?)

Theres a mission that gived u 3 fluxes!

-1, you can just buy a planet flux with Galaxy Points or CTP, NPC for it, or you could do the mission that gives you the Temporal Fluxes.

i doubt there's any say rank 100's getting planet flux (excluding bought ones) on an regular basis

Rank 100's imo should not have Gamma Crystalizers (I think that's what they're called...) either.

they might have some of them planet changing stuff (thou maybe not crystalizer) but they certainly shouldn't be using them unless they are spending $$ to boost them up first in which case they outa have fluxes availiable.

That would take all the fun outta watching someone build up that desert. Knowing it's gonna go crystal.. and biding your time. Seeing they never took the time to probe the planet, temp flux it, or even defend it. Then.. just at the right second.. SNATCH!!

Low ranks don't get flux probes? They can't probe a planet and decide not to use a crystaliser because someone else can see it?

The last two replies are right on target.

1. Always probe a planet before transforming it into anything better.
2. If there is another ship that has it scanned you have two options at that point.
a. flux
b. pick another planet then go back to 1.
