 All built modules require upkeep installed or uninstalled. Their are a number of unique ones that should be kept, but may not see much use. My idea is to have an option to pack modules away in storage not generating upkeep (maybe taking up less space). It would take awhile to unpack the stored modules (perhaps 24 hours).

just install and uninstall them till they break. no upkeep then.
