What's stranded space? That module seems nice to me though.
Just thing you need to clarify a few things and/or perhaps proof read your posts on the presumption that 'Stranded' was a typo.
We have 8 drannik ship mods atm. I would like to see the 500 Light Badge item act just like crimson schematics.
I see the point you are trying to make, but, if you call the stuff you buy with the badges something with Drannik in the name, your locking light badges to the Drannik race, limiting them. I think it might be better if you use a name for them, that would allow ships from other races to drop them too.
With that said, i would like to see some of these things. I would also like too see something similar to the Dark Badge items as well, like the planet upgrades and a i would definitely want a light version of the Composite Rays and Custom Decoys.

Requires Rank 75 or Greater. (Limit 3 per ship)
