Base Upgrade Cache

 Playret0195x of my legion had a cool idea and wanted me to post this on the forum because he's having issues signing onto the board via FB.
Here is the idea- A base upgrades cache-- It would allow you to donate 25 ctp, 1,000 exotic matter and 100 energy to the base. It could be an NPC Boss drop where no XP would be rewarded for donating but it counts towards your base contribution. The energy donated to the base isn't deducted from your energy but it would cost you 50 energy to use/donate. thoughts? _________________   You're the hero but I'm in charge. |

You can only use it if you have the research req to donate normally then +1

Or even better you could donate 25 energy, 1000 exotic matter and 100 ctp anyway.
