Way way way to harsh. Way. While it might seem ok to a group that has their based disabled very rarely, think about all those legions with level 5 bases that get disabled 2-3 times a week. No planet defence bonus ever. I could see an argument for having a greater penalty when your base goes down, if there were more ways to defend it, but not one like that. What about if we had an optional choice? A rule that could be set in the base - You can sacrifice 10% planet defence for 10% bonus base defence, 20% for 20%, and 40% for 40%. No higher though, and totaly optional. |

Now personally I won't mind a harsher penalty IF the game add some real way for us to actively defend the base. The current methods are only really viable for top legions that have quite a few $$ players. So the majority, lower level bases really have no chance nor method to defend themselves. It's not really fair to enforce a really harsh penalty under such circumstances. And even at that, full loss of planet bonus might be a bit much. |

 It sucks enough when you lose your base production Bonus when your base is disabled. Why punish the defenders further with removing their legion bonuses towards their planets? -100 |
