might be a little better if cooldown was shorter and duration was longer .. as of right now .. its 50 gp I won't be dropping.. |

Considering the radiant cannons as a bench mark of a Gp arti 15 size for 100 shield with 8% boost once per day doesn't really hit the spot on an arti even remotely worth getting, not sure i'd even install this from a mission let alone spend the equivalent of a quasi on it. |

8 hour cool down. and add a constant 2% bonus. Or change 100 to 1,000 would be a little better. |

even at 1K thats a pretty crap return for 50gp.. id sooner QSE a planet and get more production out of it, it will pay out more shields in a week or two over the 100 shield points.. and en extra 8%.. big whoop, i can use a shield amp and add 50%.. |

Shield amp is 100% even more reason why 50 GP is not worth 8% |

I think if the bonus would last 2 or 3 hours it would be better and maybe a 15% bonus. |

It clearly isnt good enough to be worth buying. (even though i got them both anyway) Best ideas to make them worth 50 GP: Add a constant bonus of 2-3% Shorter cooldown and/or longer duration. (12 hour cooldown, with 2 hour duration for example) Higher ability effect, 12% rather than 8, for example. More shield, as 100 is crap. (6.6/1 shield/size when heavy obvi is 10.75/1 Aegis cap, not counting the 5% bonus, is 15/1) I would suggest 275 shield for the same size, or, making it bigger, for example 30 size for 550 shield. I know that would seem very high as far as shield/size ratios go, but come on, its !50! GP... So, if all this was added, you would have a size 15, 275 shield unit, (or 550 for 30) with a 2/3% bonus, + a 2 hour, 12% bonus, every 6 hours. Which is more fitting for 50 GP. Or you could just lower the price to like 20, which is what they are actually worth in their current condition, though there could be a problem, with giving the people who already bought them back the excess GP. Honestly, i dont know why i bought them, and i regretted it right away. Dan, please make them suck less. |

at least hes not making them op. but yeah they do suck realy bad. even if you had 10k sheild it would only be 800 boost. for 50 gp that is crap. |
