Post subject:  Spy probe - Cloak and scan

It's a very simple idea. an artifact available through shipments that costs the same as defense or attack probes that tell you a ships' scan called a spy probe - scan and a probe that tells you a ships' cloak called a spy probe - cloak.

the primary reason for the current spy probes is because officers can be added, thus effecting the outcome of the battle. Scan and cloak probes wouldnt make alot of sense because the scan and cloak values cant be affected in any other way than modules and artifacts. Besides, there are artifacts u can use to reduce a ships cloak to zero, and hacks arnt really very usefull anyway, which is why i assume you want this.

I don't think a cloaking probe would be useful (again because it can be removed so easily with artifacts) but a scanning probe does have a use. If you want to hack someone you can see their scanning to know if you want to flare them or equip better jammers.
