so the neural inhibitor stunk, but please could i get a lock on my artis they way it is on the mins so i dont accidentally use what ever it is im trying to save, ie. andriod helmsmen, when i go to my ship arti list. if i could lock it on trade would be nice

An added side option to place:

"Are you use you want to use this item" to the items you DONT want to use.
this means players can add this on and personalize there artifact list even more.

If your attention span is so short that you can't remember that you're saving a particular artifact or set of artifacts, that's really your problem. There is no need for a "do not use" lock on artifacts.
