A. Xenomorph is a pretty common name.
B. None of that stuff is Dan's work, so he'd have to get the rights to it.
3. Your list of professions is a little too powerful.

Let's also add that up.
You get:

1/5 of the Konqul bonus
1/8 of the Zolazin bonus,
1/6 of the Aerlen bonus,
And the last is a profession bonus, so we'll go with 1/5th for that.
That gives you 83/120, or ~.69

I also do not see the professions as op, but I do think the race is underpowered, and the new profession not all that useful.

Dan would have to pay royalties for images not of his own.

Looks awfully more like a race someone would pick temporarily for the scan bonus. Otherwise, I agree, it seems underpowered, though well rounded.
