We've got vollir bio-stabilizers to upgrade standard ship defense modules. How about a mission giving an artifact to do the same for standard cloak/jammer mods? It'd lessen the gap between max scan and max cloak. With all available scan and cloak mods, it's at Scan: 10358 Cloak: 6542 Stealth Phase Stabilizer Delicately tunes a standard cloak or jammer module at random, increasing its cloak and upkeep by 10%, up to a maximum of 100% upgrade. |
