How about a mission that rewards an upgrade to the Quantum Hydro-Meliorator II? Or maybe even a new mylarai npc that drops them. And it could also drop an upgrade to the Leviathan Rift-Emitter. Quantum Hydro-Meliorator III Size 2, Artifact 3, pop 600. Thoughts? |

No, he is saying that there are already three versions of the Quantum Hydro Meliorator. See: Galaxy Legion Wiki wrote: Population bonus doubles if constructed on a Terra, Gaia, or Dyson planet. Population bonus triples if constructed on an Oceanic planet.

Fine leave the pop, but upgrade the artifact to 2 for gaia and 3 for oceanics. and just 1 for any planet but the ones the pop increases on. |
