Name: Dominion factory size: 1 limit: 2 per planet description:install a Dominion factory on your planet, grants 150 atk and 10% bonus atk cost in badges: 30 ? 150+ medal points upgrades to Name: Dominion outpost size: same description:upgrades a standard dominion factory to Dominion outpost increasing standard atk to 200 and 15% bonus atk cost in badges: 50 must have 300 + medal points |

Do we really need another building (especially that adds more percentage)? The medal point requirements seems too low, and it should be somewhere around or over the medal point requirement of the heist dispatch upgrade. The cost in badges looks about right, but I am not all too certain about the stance on that. Name needs a bit of work... +0.5 |

Not all of them are, I can't upgrade my Protean Armory. only certain ones are meant to be upgraded. red badges: Dominion Cannon - Mark III -> Dominion Auto-Blaster Blue badges: Decryption Quad-Frame ----> Decryption Senary-Frame Yellow badges:Heist Dispatch Center-----> Heist Dispatch Station Green badges: Assimilation Locus---------> Subjugation Protocols added Mega-Coil Repulsor for silver badges Tactical Inner-Bypass, Counter-Intelligence Nexus, CipherBot, Protean Armory, Atmospheric Decimator, and Barrier Nexus weren't upgraded which isn't a big deal. |

Name simlar: Raiders outpost: Size 1, 1,000 Attack 2 production of choice + 2%. + 5% cloak. 450 Red badges per item. ~JF~ |

You should be scanning for bases. There's already plenty of use for red badges. |
