Post subject:  New CT Lab plan - Improved Dark Eluder Matrix

I'm sure I'm not the only one that has these things stacking up. Why not put them to more use? 25 of them, with 25 grid consoles and 25 Ion replusar charges for a 25% Base-combat only defensive boost?

If these NPC's do not cut off at a specific rank sure, but if so then its a big waste. Sounds like a good idea but would have to replace the 25 Dark Eluder Matrix's with something else.

You can add that to the following NPC drops that don't go away and could use a CTLab use:

Stryll Trap Probe
Orbital Mass-Disruptor
Sha'din Algorithm
Dark Void Foci
Chaostatic Inhibitor

and maybe even Toxic Purifiers!

Or just change eluders so they don't despawn at a given rank.

Yeah, no kidding. I just sold off a few thousand srtifacts to free up cargo space from things that never get used. Over 2K trap probes alone.

I wouldn't like to see that. I still use them, just no where as fast as I get them. 10% isn't a great buff but it just keeps adding with all of the other buffs.

Do we even know if they do have a rank-spawn cap? Could be debating if the cat is alive or dead when all we have to do is open the box. :p

25% Base-combat only defensive boost really isn't needed.
The bases with over 100k attack don't stop us and adding more defense is just gonna save us a few nanos.
Not worth the research we will spend getting this.

We have lots of defense % buffs available to us now.
BM50 Convoy Shuttle 5%
BM50 Convoy Shuttle 5%
BM50 Convoy Shuttle 5%
Grid Console 20%
Dark Eluder Matrix 10%
Customized Decoy 10%
Dark Void Engine 6%
Velox Thruster 5%
Velox Thruster 5%
Velox Thruster 5%
Not even gonna bother pointing at the limited ones or the UST buff :p

I do however agree we should get something to use the NPC dropped artis on.
I still like the idea of a second type of CTLab
