Post subject:  New TO NPC idea

TO Flotilla

Upon realising the increasing power of their enemies, the Outsiders began creating newer ships to secure their borders, resulting in the brutality of a armed fleet.

Matched Rank, becomes available at rank 2,000- 9,999
All stats are matched (maybe rank *100 or more, suggest changes)
Expires in 8 hours.
Ability - Expansion - When attacked, this enemy has a chance of creating a blockade on one of your planets. The blockade npc will have to be disabled separately.
Reward - Terraformer, QSE, maybe a third drop, (suggest)

Thoughts on this?

I heard that players lose troop carriers and blade harvesters after rank 2200.

+1 to the idea, if it keeps the same spawn rate as the current T.O. Troop Carrier.

All the newer NPC's in recent history have awful spawn rates compared to their predecessors.

Thanks for the feedback, just to clear up a few things (as i wrote the idea quickly) -

*the spawn rate would remain at Extremely Rare, like the troop carrier.
*On its ability it would spawn a new NPC (like the Attiroth spawns repair ships) that would blockade a planet and would have to be disabled. Maybe Dan or someone else could suggest some kind of NPC and rewards to act as this blockade.
*As for the proposed third drop, maybe a set of new TO high powered shield modules that could give a temporary defence boost to planets.

any more feedback or further thoughts?
