i've been sitting around thinking about legion badges and recruiting and figured it would be a good combo
so black badges are rewarded to a legion not players
you can trade them for things like increased base storage, 1000 energy towards base upgrades, legion-wide buffs ,and half repairs on the base
all players would get a new setting : available for recruitment on/off
a new tab on the base would have a list showing 20 or so random players that a leader or officer could click to send them a recruitment message
if the player responds and goes to the recruiting legion, that legion is rewarded a black badge
the new recruit may have loyalty in half the time it normally takes using this method
a player with no legion would have on their legion tab a random list of legions they could apply to, and if they are accepted that legion gets a badge
in both cases the lists of players or legions would refresh 3 times a day or reset for a blue badge

Always wondered why they weren't just called Black Badges in the first place. Seems out of place to me
