Legion Base Locker

 I'd like to see a Legion Locker of some sort, where you could store Artifacts for members to use
instead of waiting for them to get online and ask for them. Just put them in there for every member to use. It would take up Special Space, and could be expanded like Ship Cargo Space with Tesseract Containers and Mass Storage Pods. _________________ Request Your Banners Here  Message Posted on your Comm: Can you please stop disabling me. Suggested several times already.
Problems - You would have to restrict who has access to it or people would run off with yer booty. Leaders and officers would have access.

Could just put a limit on how much and how often people can withdraw. And if somebody abuses it, kick them out. No biggie. I think this is a really cool idea.
