i thought this might be a good idea, having a Anti-Trap missile. purpose: destroys all active traps from an enemy ship and prevents a player from activating more traps for like 10 - 15 mins. I been noticing a lot of players reactivating traps right away after their initial traps were activated. Maybe even traps have a timer of like 5 mins before setting up a new trap, and trap effects remain the same. i think it makes sense to me. Its just my opinion though. thoughts/ feedback.

Um, yeah... That kinda defeats the purpose of the trap in the first place... What point is there to using traps if someone is just going to wipe them out with a missile? Makes them as useless as a calming amplifier. This idea makes you sound like someone that just wants to disable people willy-nilly without opposition. I sincerely hope that's not the case.
If you want to hit somebody, I say man-up and go for it. Enjoy your bowl full of Omicron-O's and toasted Halcyons. Wait it out and go back for seconds.

no, its not the case, im all for traps and everything. said missile would be very rare, hard to get. just something to counterbalance the traps, or even a timer before setting a new trap. for example so so has 5 traps online, and I attack, setting off his traps and so so is putting up more traps at the same time im setting his traps off. Im just saying, we had an experience last night, where 1/3 of my legion attacked so so, setting off his traps and he's setting new traps as they get activated. I mean its a good tactic, but where do u draw the line when it becomes counter productive when 1 guy eats all his traps so another guy can come in and disable him just to eat up more traps?

Having been on the receiving end. NO WAY! If I'm online I ought to be able to counter the attacks! If half your legion is attacking then your legion should figure out when the player sleeps and attack then. If the player doesn't sleep then you'll create some nice records for bot-use and Dan can get rid of the player.

Remove traps? NOOOO way. Instead it can prevent a ship from using artifact to him or other ships for 2 or 3 hours?
