It wouldn't be fair to have this as just a 1 set time. If it was broken up to say last 5 minutes of each hour of the day, then it would be a lot of fun. Only because all time zones should have a fair chance at this event. |

1 minute per 8 hours, random, or else it would be slightly abusable. |
