As ( Most of us )We all Know , The GTC is useful is certain ways :

Payments ( Put Artifact in , person pay you , thus , after that , you'll gain profit no matter what)
Limited time-With Risk of losing it Storage house ( Noted by several players , for example : selling 100 Population Pods for dumb prices )
Gaining some artifact's

Bad Things :

Too High Prices
No Limits on MAX price
Limits on Min Price

(Possible) Solution :

This is a example :

I have 10 Ion Storm ( And I think it's not the new Super-Suggested system ) , I'm selling them , but...I think High levels want these for a ton ... I'm gonna sell 'em for 100B muhahahahahha! *Trys* WHAATT!? THIS NUMBER OF ARTIFACT'S CAN ONLY BE SOLD FOR 1,000,000,000!? No! I'm wrecked !

So you have no min , but a max the math : Number of artifact's times : 100,000,000

Like I said : This is a POSSIBLE solution .

Basicly , Remove the Min , Add a max ( Number of artifact's times : 100,000,000 )

¿Comprende Ahora Señor Darth Flagitious?

Disagree strongly with a max limit. The market is based on supply and demand; as KJReed mentioned, there are some artifacts (time manipulators, ancient crystal foci), that sell for hundreds of millions, possibly billions, each. If someone is willing to pay the price, then why strip the seller of the max possible profits?

Also, what is an exact price? The market fluctuates, and the scrap price severely undervalues those artifacts

As it takes no energy to place auctions up.

Just make a rule that, to place an auction up. you must have the first minimum credit bid.
If no players bid, you get your items and cash back.

If players bid, you get your cash back plus others cash aswell.

This will prevent all trololing bids.

That's a bit unfair for lower ranks.... I rarely have more than a billion credits, but if I put 50 foci up for 5 billion, I know for a fact that those will sell. It's a high price, sure, but hardly unreasonable

Simple. Prices, it's the economy, deal with it. Don't like it? Don't buy it.
As many people have already said, there are plenty of things that are worth more than 100 million credits each. There should be no max price. Again, you may think the prices are outrageous (and some really are insane...), but it's an open market, and people can sell what they want, when they want, for whatever amount they want. Not to say it will sell. I will agree with you, however, on the point that there are people that sell things with no value for amounts of credits that no one would ever pay for, that's just their loss of time and possibly productive efforts.

Agreed. Though it would prevent many people from putting up auctions that would never sell, it hurts the market more than it'd help it.
