Once you have the ship mods, I feel blues aren't worth pursuing. To keep the values of blues rolling (and offset the slew of increased scan mods), I propose: 100 blue badges = upgrade counter intelligence nexus, +10% cloak |

Eh. If you want to get to someone unequipping all their mods is more of a hassle than raiding thwm a bunch. Not against it but not sure its needed |

Yes, hacking is useless after you get all the mods. |
