When things are uninstalled u shouldn't have to pay upkeep, the unistalled things already take up cargo why have to pay upkeep for something that is not installed on your ship.

The same reason a car in your driveway will eventually fall apart. There may be less wear and tear if it isn't opperational but simply by existing it requires upkeep. I could see maybe like -20% upkeep on uninstalled mods or something since they aren't in use and wouldn't wear down as fast, but not 0 upkeep.

Yeah good point. I +1 that idea. Dan if your reading can u plz implement some sort of upkeep reduction for uninstalled modules?
