Nice idea, but won't we end up with like 60 of the artifacts? |

I must give this a -1. Considering that the max players in a legion is 60, and more can be bought from other people, bases will get just too powerful. |

I wouldn't mind if this was one of the legion missions and the artifact only worked on resource production or ability production modules. |

I'm actually thinking more along the lines of the attack defense and hull structures.... The production I'd be ok with. |

If it increased production by maybe 10% (instead of +50%), while increasing the upkeep by maybe 25% then maybe. But for now i'd rather wait for the legion missions to be released before making suggestions for possible rewards. |
