If the second option then -1 as it would be abused |

He simply means scrapping the artifacts made in the CTlab and get back the original artifacts. If the amount of artifacts returned would be ~80% or lower of the original "recipe" and can't be used on vaults this would be a +1 |

the number of lower ranks who are going to be extracting enough artis to abuse anything, probably aren't going to be that many, honestly, how many extractors did you find before rank 150? think about it. how many of EVERY arti is someone who's in an arti legion going to get in that same time period with 50K+ arti a day from the base shipment.. I dont see anything thats going to unbalance anything. its not like they're going to be able to scrap an Anubix and gain decks. |
