finally leveled to 48 so i could take a plant away from a inactive lv4. with the addition of the 2 week grace period, these < 20 players will lose all their good planets. their ships will eat themselves to death from non-payment of upkeep. who cares if they hold a very sparse pos forever??? if they log in again they will have a full mineral and research bars to spend to get up and rolling again.
