The Badge Collector would be a medal awarded to anyone who holds 1000 badges of any one colour at a particular point in time. Proberbly only worth 5 MP.
The idea behind this Medal is that it distingwishes between those who go for badges and those who use timemanipulaters to hack or raid a ship to death.
A insainly higher level version of 10,000 badges of any one color should also be available for the realy determined.

How about 1000 badges of any color other than dark? 1000 dark badges would be too easy.

1000 of each badge in cargo ?? (maybe not relic badges) wow ... that would be worth 30 medal points at least !

How about a different version from the op- 1000 of each PvP badge in cargo at one time. That is- red, blue, and yellow.

Instead maybe medals for specific badges?
500 exo clamps donated to a base - base builder
500 bases scanned - Where's Waldo?
200 Tactical Inner Bypasses bought - Muahahaha!!!

There are medals for raids/hack/kills/invasion/NPC kills badges already have uses, there doesn't need to be a medal for having them.
