We all know there has always been scope for more contented planets but nothing has really been added to expand on the concept, exotica is good but it's a one time deal you have your day of fun and that's you done forever. My idea is a simple and repeatable contested planet Planet stats will not have any productions nor can any structures be built on it. what it will have is 1 beacon which while under the control of your legion will act as the excavator trait offering all legion members 10% arti boost to their planets. Planet will be accessed via planet tab and will be available after a short mission chain. The planet will have the same set up as Exotica does now in regards to halc/calming amps. Two key differences the planet will be able to be invaded by anyone any number of times. Additional features planet will randomly throw a guard of the planet every 30 mins This is to stop big ships sitting on it and going offline. Thought comments and suggestions welcome, keep them constructive if you've just got +1, -1 to say then don't waste both our time. |

+1 to the concept, but I feel as though the planet would really only go back and forth between 3 legions or so. |

I honestly don't really like this because it relays to much on having high ship strength and the people who would have it would already have 100k and get alot more benefit good concept but would be unfair for legions lower down on rank and strength |

Every contested planet will be for high ranks by there very nature and this planet would go between the top 10 at least it's something lots of legions would like to own and something worth keeping for any amount of time. |

How's bout instead of doing it by ship strength, have the defense determined simply by volume of guards? This will allow non top 10 legions to compete and will give those very active legions the best chances of keeping it, especially with your 30 min kick off rule. |

It wouldn't require a massive re-work... the coding is all there in one way or another I don't see the need for this tbh this is more to help the pvp situation at higher ranks if lower ranked players get it they are likely going to be farmed like they are on exotica now. |

How about it also loses 50% def and Atk every 60 minutes. And guards will get debuffed 50% every60 minutes too. |

The planet it's self Would have no att/def or extra pop only def would be from guards which would need to be removed before you could invade anyway. so no need to debuff guards. |

I like the idea of a second planet, but I think it should be different in a few ways. 1. It is not a galaxy wide one, but rather each legion has its own. 2. Obviously due to the above you don't invade it. 3. The way you lose it is failure to do a task, like find a NPC or donate X number of clamps, spend X energy. It would change every 2-3 hrs, so when people go to work or sleep they lose it and the rest of the legion can get it. 3.a. once you fail it is automatically abandons and you legion mates a can pick it up. 4. the reward would be a planet structure or some ability to boost production on a planet. 5. if the person owning it leaves/is kicked the legion it is abandoned automatically. |

If they are kicking members to keep the planet for themselves then they wont have any members in their legion after long. |
