Mylarai Hauler
An automated ship used to transport minerals across the Mining Guilds' trade routes, this one appears to have malfunctioned and drifted far off course.
All stats are scaled, but a bit higher than the Extractor. Low amount of shield and maybe 200 cloak. Uncommon rating. Gives 10xp on the kill and drops 250 or 500 Exotic matter (essentially a EM equivalent to the tech collector).

Galactic Dreadnought
The most recent addition to the TO fleets, carrying troops and weaponry to securing a world, as well as the resources to rebuild a world after invasion.
All stats are scaled, with Extremely Rare rating, 2,000 Cloak. Becomes possible to find at rank 2,000.
Chance to drop Terraforming Device, Quasi-Spacial Expander, TO Manufacturing Core (85, 5, 10 % chances).
Ability - Final Bombardment - When disabled has a chance to cause damage to one of your planets, reducing production by 30% for 2 days.

RSL Bio-Cannon
A radical sect within the League have recently become more interested with biological warfare. These cannons cannot be permitted to be developed past the prototype stage.
Scaled stats, Extremely Rare rating. 1,500 cloak. Becomes possible to find at ranks 1700 - 9999.
Chance to drop Quantum Bio-Vaporiser.
Ability - Viral Outburst - When attacked, has a chance to kill 25% of the population of one of your planets.

Any thoughts on this? suggest any changes.

yes please, will take all 3 with immediate effect :D

Only change would be to the Dreadnought, has to be Rare rather than ex.rare, so it keeps in line with the current troop carrier, as it is effectively a replacement. Otherwise with Dan and his ex.rare and insane spawn rates, it would have a 1/5k npc's spawn rate.
