 new arts that can be placed on a planet while it has a event

I was thinking it might be interesting to see new artifacts that would have to be placed on planets that have some of the newer planet "mods" like a stealth screen or moon.


permanent random events areon the left, my idea for a corosponding artifact on the right.
Lush Biosphere: Utopia tower: +1000 population +250 invasion defense
Reactive Barrier: Command Center +500 attack and defense +5% attack and defense +100 population
Stealth Screen: Advanced technologies center +3 to art or research +10% to art or research production
Subterranean Caverns: Mining complex +7 mining -500 population

Planetary Analysis
Advanced Civilization Ruins : Knowledge archive +5 art or research +5000 art or research storage
Large Moons : Fleet Detection Grid +1000 defense +100 population +15% defense
Planetary Rings:
Small Moon:

Temporary Events Are:

for these just a nice attack/def/cloak pick 2 of the 3 mods artifact, maybe the rift one can let you pic all three or something…

advanced technologys center is over powered but everything else is fine. And the idea is realy good. temporary events like undersea arcive giving structures would be great as well and it'd increase interest in become governer and anyalize planets (Race change $'s dan)

this would be okay for non-permanent events.

permanent events provide their own bonuses.

artifacts would be from npc drops or maybe relic badge drops for the nicer ones.

Actualy I think this would be a interesting addition to permanent events. if you are required to earn the structure through ncp, pvp, missions ect then it would mean you have to work to get it so its not making events op its making them just more sort after which is a good thing for dan (more reality transfuser demand).
