Post subject:  Rework Ship Tab

Hello,

first, sorry if it has been suggested, but i could not find anything close to that suggestion using search.

This suggestion is about the Ship tab, i personnaly find it very troublesome to search for an equiped module considering we have many page of them and the ordering is all but intuitive....not to mention everytime you equip/unequip/repair a module it goes back to 1st page....

Having modules separated into Attack, Defense, Hull, Energy, Device make no sense anymore....
Because most New modules come with multiple stats (for example mission modules that have up to 3 stats).

Only 3 sub-tab should remain : Stats, Modules, Allies
> Stats and allies would remain the same
> Modules would regroup ALL modules and have at the top 2 thing :
>> a filter LIST to show only modules with either {attack, defense, hull, shield, energy, scan, cloak} stats
>> a filer text to futher filter

this would not require much work as the game already have some code that do autofilter.

This is a good point that you make, HeavenGate. Many modules now have multiple stats, and turn up in categories that you wouldn't expect. An example that comes to mind would be the Mylarai Plasma Lance. Its' main stat is Hull, so it shows up in the Hull tab. But the name - and image - suggest it is a Weapon, and it does provide an attack bonus.

I particularly like the idea of adding a search function for modules. This would go a long way towards solving the problem of clicking through the screens all the time to uninstall Relays and Weapons when refilling energy/levelling.
