I just thought of this and I kinda really liked the idea, so here it is:
I think that if you solo a Elite or Boss, you should be able to chose which drop you get. Like a thing drops down and you check which one you want. I think this would be good because it would give high ranked players the incentive to go kill off those Bosses and Elites instead of just letting them expire if the rest of your legion can't see it.
I just thought of this and it sounded like a good idea, I would like to hear your thoughts on this. Thanks!

No everyone would just solo the dark smugglers bosses and pick the cache each time and pick prisoners from the graxis.

Oh, to think of the amount of Dark Smuggler Caches I could have sitting in my cargo right now if this had been implemented.
Besides, if this is implemented, nobody would ever share NPCs from The Dark Smuggler's Guild.
