I would love to see the recruitment option improved upon, with the ability to reach out to individual ships.
Send recruit messages to all ships meeting any of these parameters: rank/ship kills/ npc kills/ ship strength. So say your legion needs a npc killer you can reach out to the right people.
How to avoid spam: Happy with your current legion, go into ship settings and turn off recruitment notifications. Also, going into an individual legion scrolling down to a player and have the option to recruit, once again all players would have the option of turning off recruitment messages via ship settings.

I'd like to see an option to set your combat rep requirement.
This would not be necessary if not for the "open" recruitment option.
If it is not set as open, then you can view the ship before accepting, however
if you have it set as open, they join automatically.You can put a rank requirement
for this but not a combat rep requirement. I like to accept at least a balanced combat rep.
I do have a few laughables in my legion and they are good people who do their part but for my
future recruits, I would prefer that they enjoy pvp.This makes it difficult for me to set as open.

I was just pointing out that if people did have minimal combat rep requirements, that setting as open isnt a good idea and that this could be another option you could set. not a big deal really, like you say, I just dont set as open.
