Dan already stated there will be no more energy recharge's. 30 seconds will always be the max.

Things are best done by, auto ranking OR having the amount of NRG for your needs. NRG recharge is fine just build your nrg bar. for some people having the nrg to rank off 8 hours recharge works well for usthers they want to Auto ranks. Just becomes play styles. Build , Plan , strategicsness and make what you need with the system we have.

Cause of this and the fact getting the nrg you need is not to hard I don't think the recharge needs to be canged. Things are fine as is. and giving people more for less witch is what it seems you want it not best hear. Add points to your nrg!

I wouldn't mind energy going up to maybe 180 per hr or 240 per hr. I know it'll never happen.

The problem is not everyone can autorank and a few people that can don't want to. I can autorank off of NPCing but not off of missions, and the main problem i have with mixing and matching is accidentally using too much on missions and not having enough to rank with NPCs with no energy sacs left v.s. having way too much energy left over and only being able to put in 2k energy max at a time into the base.

There may never be a balance that people like. I would personally like to see the energy recharge go up to 240 per hr and the energy donation limit for the bases removed. With people like Nam being able to take a base from nothing to 7 in one day, limiting energy donations don't make a lot of sense anyways. Maybe not perfect but i can think of quite a few people that would happy with those small changes.

get more engineers if you want to autorank, don't ask for the developer to make it even easier.

I'm not opposed to adding more Recharge it is kind of redundant as it is If i drain all my E with max recharge it's a week till it maxes out Obviously i never put myself in that situation but a new tier of relays should be added or be able to be earned just doing the daily missions requires 7500 E per day a new tier of relays would help to combat the higher demand for energy that everything is requiring atm.

Then dont auto rank if u dont want to. Find out how much time you want to rank. how long between ranks. if its 40 hours then
4o x 120= 4,800 NRG. even on simple missions you will get about 2:1 or 2.5:1 giving you 9,600 EXP ~ 11,000 EXP if you need 30,000 EXP to rank then after the Recharge you get you only need. 20,400 ~ 19,000 EXP. t this rate thats less than 10knrg, So ue your rank points and AP pulls to get the NRG bar you need . increasing the Recharge rate is just saying I want to rank faster With out adding crew to do it.

When I was Rank 800ish I stopped caring all togther about recharge it's unless to most. just set your nrg bar to what you need.

I do think that with all the new legion missions, plus the daily missions, that there should be one more level of relays and reactors that we should be able to research. Right now at 120 energy per hour that is 2,880 per day, the daily missions alone take up to 8K of energy, not counting the new legion missions. Yes we need to add engineers to our ships on our own to up our total energy levels, but when it takes almost 3 days to get enough energy to do one set of daily missions, then you have to think there should be a way to get more relays and reactors.
The game has evolved, and there are many new missions that eat up tons of energy, the relays and reactors should evolve with the game changes. Just sayin...

i know it wont get implemented, but it would be nicer if the full days recharge was an even 3K, that would probably work out to be a 1 second extra recharge, or less, and id be fine putting that on my ship.
