 Randomise the recruitment message order

Post Randomise the recruitment message order
Each time the player loads the page, the order should be randomised - GP/Standard aside. It would make for more even distribution of the adverts.

Think it would cause more lag? Could be done client side - no server interaction.

as long as the GP payers are at the top, I think it's a fine idea. (maybe even randomize the GP paying legion adverts- as long as they all stay at the fore)

Page 1 should be GP only, regardless of how many that is, Page 2 + should be randomised also for the non GP paying legions.

Also I suggested making the legion box wider so that the legions could all be seen without any scrolling, what do you think of that ?
