Can we change it so that the bonus also applies to Demon planets? I recently stole a Demon planet and put it on only to find it didn't get the bonus. Now I can understand if you don't want to, but well, I did assume Demon planets to be quite.... hot.

Perhaps make it a Demonic Heatseeker? With triple instead of double. (thinking back the the Hydro Meliorator)

lol only the population was affected with the meliorator. but its still a good idea, id like to see it put in. i might actually use a heat seeker if this becomes the case.
