Just thought of a idea how about a new battle option Legion Wars (other than base battles)

Both legions have to accept war before it can start (only 1 war at a time, once war waged on a Legion that cant attack same Legion again within 1 week)

1, Legion A declares war on Legion B 2 day limit amount of Ship Disables wins the war (use of halc's deducts 1 point)
2, Legion A declares war on Legion B 2 day limit amount of Raid/Hack points Stolen (Time Manipulatiors not able to be used)

Rewards

War Winners - 5 War Points + War Buff (Adds 10% Attack) Lasts 2 Days
War Losers - War Wounds (Adds 25% Defense) Lasts 2 Days

War Points Can Buy

25 Points - War Aid (Adds 250 to Either Attack or Defence to a planet upto 5000)
50 Points - War Cache (Adds 25 Tactical Officers)
75 Points - Warmonger Ship Ally (Stats to be thought of)
5 Points - Warmonger Power (Adds 1 Rank to Warmonger Ally upto Level 100)

Great idea.

Really don't see this working out next to base battles, will need different content than simply pvping.
