I propose a simple galactic casino area where players can wager credits or minerals (capped at whatever reasonable discretion) in some kind of numerical game of chance for 50-50 odds. This should keep people active and busy with another area aside from the current ones, add a bit of fun and wont skew the game since the expected value of payouts against odds would be 100%. Some people may loose more, some may win more, but in the big picture it wont have any drastic effects due to laws of averages.

Maybe eventually it could expand into something bigger (GP $ hint. Theres a reason why casinos make millions ). Look at it this way, some people wouldnt drop 50GP on a quasi, but would drop 1GP 50 times if there was a 1 in 50 chance of getting a quasi among other minor rewards. Gambling is a big money making business. Always has been, always will.

Genius idea, and it could be named after the mission "Starbase Royale".

I really do like this idea, would just need to ensure that it's balanced (you know, so rank ten players can't rip off hundreds of billions from the bigger players).

+1 I like the idea of a casino.. but odds gotta favor the house.. while 50/50 sounds good the house has gotta take something... maybe 10% fee on cashing out with a badge available and reward of lowering the fee at the house
