Dan I know your working on legion missions Chains. I'm not sure what direction you're Going with them . But I would like to see an alternate reward given on a few missions. Only the ones like,
Disable Sniper Drones (Assault on Crimson Deep-6 - Task 1), Perform Cybernetic Link Experiments (Carthyne Symposium - Task 2), Gather War Data (Foundry of War - Task 2),Eliminate Dropship Activity (Illegal Excavation - Task 1), Disable Siladon Mines (The Siladon Event - Task 2), Capture Vortex Entities (The Xathe Vortex - Task 1).

I may have missed one or two. But Those reward mostly stack able ship mods are grate but at some point will become useless to get. Offering players a pick your reward would be better. Having to do a task when you already have 4 or 5 of the artys on your cargo bay and a fully upgraded one will not be fun. I don't think any legion is at this point yet and I don't know if you have a plan for this. But I hope it's some hing you and the devs think about with upcoming updates.

+1 but don't mess with the Havoc Coil task until I get 40 of them

Most of our legion jumps on the ship mod missions drastically skewing the distribution. Most of us at the top are purposely not doing those missions with the realization that once all those % increases have been obtained, then the distribution will skew the other way. After all who wants to hunt the Dropships for whatever their scrap value is?

Some people have a hard time seeing the big picture I'm afraid.

In the long run, it is a design issue since NO one will need the mods in any given legion.

I'm not saying take the items away, just have like a choose one option between the mod and some thing random. In the end we need to do it for the relic badges mission success . But I don't want to see people having to take hit after hit for the team. :? . One day I hope to get 80 Havoc Coils. Nothing cooler then pvp'ing with 100% upgraded Auto Canons.

I think it's actually an intended situation. Self-sacrifice for the greater good of the legion (ie better chance of success).

I consider 1 extremely generous already.
These missions were meant for whatever Dan refers to as high ranks and I find missions extremely easy to do so the rewards can't be much more than they already are.

yes well task 3 on that mission drops 3 so 1 would be a bit silly

I think one is fair for "taking one for the team" type of mentality.. if you have already gotten the ship-mod you have already reaped the reward from that portion of the mission.. this would be better than having it scrapped for 2-4 ctp :)

Who do what mission(and sometimes a sacrifice) is almost the ONLY team work aspect of the legion mission. So no, it might benefit us to make some changes but it'd make the feature very bland.
