what if if an enemy controls a planet that you want what if you could offer them something like for example credits or resources or artifacts or technology that they haven't researched yet or another planets or something like that in exchange for the planet and the structures they have on it |

I don't dislike the general idea, but I'm not sure many people would want to. |

i would prefer to be the buyer, but unless its someone wanting to buy a crappy planet, im not gonna sell. |

I'm not sure it's any more abusable than the current system, if you mean abusing with multi-accounts. |

Transferring planets is a good idea as long as anyone who has owned it at some point couldn't own it again. It'd make sharing planets for resources then returning them impossible. |
