 A way to make use of useless planets

Add a special type of Quasi Spacial Expander that can only be used to make planets Large at max.

Also, add a special type of terraforming device that can only be used to enhance the richest resource available to Rich at max.

Any thoughts?

I've been pushing for a while to have some kind of planet changer that gives a specific size.

The example I used was below, please remember, it is pretty old (2011) and the stats may not hold up as well now but I still stand by the idea of it giving a specific finalized size (IE, Average would become Massive, Large would become massive, etc). I do think that VM would become M since it shouldn't affect production since Dan made it so you couldn't get production from overloaded planets.

I think the idea of finding NPCs after doing the irradiated planet mission makes sense.

I'm bucking the trend of +size planets and saying this upgrade will make all metallic planets getting this upgrade massive. So yes, a very massive will become a massive but an average will become a massive. This will make planets that are normally ignored because of size become viable and valuable.

I've suggested this before and I give it a +1, make the maxes be a point where you would consider starting to use terraformers/real quasis on .. let it build planets to Very Large / Ultra Rich.. It's not OP ... it just puts more enemy owned OK planets out into the universe..

I suggest a planet arti

Name: Supernova/Planetary Removal
Cost in Arti: 60,000
Cost in GP: 60
Ability: Collapses the planet turning it into a supernova where you can harness it's power. Random effect of turning into certain amount of energy or ctp or fail (amount determined by planet size and amount of resource the planet is currently producing)
Cool down: between 7 - 14 days dependant on size of planet, type of resource and amount of resource

May need a few additions or tweaks but just a quick post
