I would like a NPC that is of the genetarr race and matched starting from rank 2000. It would drop 60% nothing, 40% an art used in a daily mission which the reward is a one charge nerfed IMI. So it negates the abilities but not the attack.
The reason for the high rank start point is that they have few NPCs so it will help add diversity and reduce the spawn rate of troop carriers, when Dan finally adds them back
. It also helps with the newer NPCs, also gives them a reason to NPC again.
