IMHO, this game lacks player ship designs and I would love to see diversity around the galaxy so I had an idea, why not make other types of Chassis that gives bonus when installed? NOTE - These are just the examples of what the chassis would give you, you permanently choose one of the disguise given on that faction. Equip Limit: 1 Ship Chassis Disguise Module Cost: 48 Galaxy Points (Negotiable) The Dark Smuggler's Chassis *Already Released via Dark Smugglers Chain* Size: 25 Bonus: 600 Invasion Attack Second Bonus: Applies Disguise The Crimson Blades' Chassis Size: 25 Bonus: +250 Ship Attack Second Bonus: Applies Disguise The Terran Outsiders's Chassis Size: 25 Bonus: +550 Ship Shield Second Bonus: Applies Disguise The Stryll Order's Chassis Size: 25 Bonus: +400 Ship Cloak Second Bonus: Applies Disguise The Lazuli Syndicate's Chassis Size: 25 Bonus: +800 Ship Hull Second Bonus: Applies Disguise The Titancore's Chassis Size: 25 Bonus: +350 Ship Energy Second Bonus: Applies Disguise The Voliir's Chassis Size: 25 Bonus: +250 Ship Defense Second Bonus: Applies Disguise The Octafari's Chassis Size: 25 Bonus: +180 Ship Scan Second Bonus: Applies Diguise Tell me what you guys think of this idea.

Totally a +1, this would add diversity, like you said Also, what about a Rogue Tech Collector disguise? I don't know what bonus it could provide, maybe a 5% defense when battling NPCs?

I would personally love to be a Voliir Ship, would really go well with my previous and main IGN - ARustyTinCan, but a friend of mine trolled me and took my IGN 123 wrote: Also, what about a Rogue Tech Collector disguise? Thought about the Rogue Science League but they sadly had very little disguise option, though the Rogue Tech Collector is a potential design, it's all up to Dan if he likes the idea or not.

A very similar idea was posted just minutes before yours, and webguydan already commented on it. That being said, I like anything that gives us more options. Now if only someone would pay Roddenberry the royalties to allow me to have a Jellyfish ship design. ^_^
