Quite a few of these suggestions and similarly this one would allow Reality Transfusers to be used on planets with those types of effects already on them.

Instead of the pop-up, "This artifact cannot be used on this planet"
you'd get a pop up "Using this artifact will replace the current Transfused effect. Are you sure Yes/No"

That way you could transfuse the same planet over and over again to get the desired result. I wouldn't think this would be much different as far as coding goes, and no need for another artifact, etc as some of the other suggestions.

Honestly, I think this is a good idea. +1, it will bring more revenue to the game, and the results can be manipulated.

+1, i would defiantly buy more of them to get a better effect on a few of my planets, tbh i don't see why this wasn't in the game already
